Lakeland announced as key sponsor of BBC Good Food Shows

Housewares chain Lakeland has been announced as a key sponsor for BBC Good Food Shows for 2014.

Following a successful partnership at the BBC Good Food Show Winter last November, the specialist retailer will co-sponsor the Supertheatre at the BBC Good Food Show Spring at the Harrogate International Centre held from April 25-27, and will also sponsor the Summer Kitchen stage at the BBC Good Food Show Summer at the NEC in Birmingham from June 12-15.

Later in the year, Lakeland will sponsor the Interview Stages at the BBC Good Food Show Scotland, BBC Good Food Show London and the BBC Good Food Bakes & Cakes Show. It will also sponsor the Saturday Kitchen Stage at the flagship Winter Show at NEC Birmingham 27-30 November for the second year running.

In addition, the Summer, Scotland, London and Winter shows will all see a fully stocked Lakeland feature stand, allowing customers access to Lakeland’s range of cooking appliances and bakeware.

Commenting on the partnership, Lakeland marketing director Tony Preedy said: “We’re really pleased to be taking part in the BBC Good Food Shows again this year. We had fantastic feedback from our customers who saw us at the show last year, and it’s great to be on board again for what will no doubt be a very successful and exciting set of shows in 2014.”
