Launching at the fair was this range of tri-ply cookware from Mermaid.
Comprising two outer layers of stainless steel with an inner core of aluminium, all products in the range can be used on any hob, including induction, and are dishwasher safe. The frypans feature a Teflon Platinum non-stick coating. Heat-resistant silicone handles allow the pans to be used in the oven.
The collection consists of three-piece saucepan set, starter set, 22 and 24cm frypans, 20cm casserole pot and 24cm stockpot, and will be available from January.
