The closing date to enter the Product of the Year Awards 2010 has now been extended to March 19 – allowing more time to prove that your product is a winner.
Suppliers with a product launched any time between January 2009 and February 2010 are being urged to enter it for these prestigious awards, now in their 23rd year.
The Product of the Year Awards (formerly the Industry Awards) recognise excellence in product development, innovation and design across the spectrum of home improvement, including housewares, DIY, hardware and garden. The winners will be announced at a Gala lunch and ceremony at London’s Park Lane Hotel on May 14.

In what we can all acknowledge has been a tough year, it’s gratifying to see that so much R&D has been going on and so many genuinely innovative products have been launched.”
However, the deadline for submitting a product has been extended to allow even more suppliers a chance to win. The new March 19 date will be the absolute cut-off as the independent panel of retail judges will meet the following week.
