Oliver Bonas is set to open a new store at The Elephant, the £500m town centre development at Elephant & Castle in London.

The lifestyle retailer has signed for a 3,042 sq ft unit at the new development, where it will offer its range of homeware, gifts, fashion and jewellery.

The opening will mark Oliver Bonas’ first store in the local area and comes as The Elephant prepares to officially launch later this year.

The new £500m town centre is being developed by Get Living and will bring together a mixture of national retailers, independent businesses, food and drink operators and leisure destinations.

Aidan Malia, Senior Director at The Elephant, said the arrival of Oliver Bonas was an important addition to the development as it continues to take shape ahead of opening.

“We’re really excited about our latest retail signings at The Elephant,” he said.

“From a brand new food hall from one of the UK’s leading F&B operators, Blend Family, creating a new dining destination for London, to the first Mango and Oliver Bonas stores in the local area, The Elephant is really starting to take shape, and there is much more to come.”

Oliver Bonas will join a growing collection of retailers already confirmed for the development, which is scheduled to launch in late 2026.

The opening will further expand the retailer’s presence in London and add another homeware and gifting destination to the Elephant & Castle area.
