Squires Kitchen has enlisted the help of celebrity chef Phil Vickery to open its annual Cake Decorating, Chocolate and Sugarcraft exhibition this year.
Taking place at Farnham Maltings in Surrey from March 15 to 17, this will be the 27th edition of the consumer show, which focuses on baking and sugarcraft tools, trends and techniques. It brings together expert knowledge, demonstrations from master tutors, inspiration and new products from Squires Kitchen and hand-picked exhibitors.
Opening the show each day, Phil Vickery has been part of ITV’s This Morning line-up for over 12 years, won numerous awards and written several books. He will have his own stand all weekend, and will share advice on baking for people with coeliac disease and wheat intolerance.
