Police in Atlanta, US, arrested a 19-year-old after he used pots and pans as missiles against them.
Mackenzie Bass allegedly began throwing objects around the house when his mother – who rang the police – accused him of having eaten his sister’s spaghetti.
When the police arrived at the house, Bass is said to have hurled a frying pan at them and told them they would have to kill him.
Officers said Bass then threw several more items of cookware at them in the 25-minute standoff. The assault was stopped when Bass slipped on the floor, which the police had, appropriately enough, covered in pepper spray.
