Thirteen year old Tilly Ramsay is following in her famous dad Gordon’s footsteps as she presents ‘Matilda And The Ramsay Bunch’: a new cookery show for children’s channel CBBC.

In the series of 15 episodes (each lasting 15 minutes), the youngest daughter of the celebrity chef’s four children cooks simple recipes in the kitchen of the family’s holiday home in the US, while other relatives help out: Gordon, mum Tana and her siblings – big sister Megan (16), her 13-year-old brother Jack and his twin sister Holly.
CBBC controller Cheryl Taylor said: “‘Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch’ is a charming series full of fabulous food, captivating culinary tips and plenty of magical moments as Tilly and her family enjoy their summer holiday in Los Angeles. Tilly is an enthusiastic cook with a really mischievous and bubbly personality and I think the CBBC audience will be inspired by her recipes and thoroughly entertained by all the Ramsay family fun.”
Matilda said: “I love cooking and it’s really exciting to have been able to make the series. My dad has given me a few cookery tips but I love experimenting in the kitchen and coming up with my own recipes. I really hope viewers enjoy it and maybe host their own food parties.”
‘Matilda And The Ramsay Bunch’ started yesterday (Tuesday April 14) at 4.55pm on CBBC.
