UK supplier Robert Welch Designs has won a second international award presented by US retailer Williams-Sonoma.
The award is for the ‘Vendor of the Year 2013’ and forms part of the Williams-Sonoma Vendor Appreciation award programme. The award takes into consideration product design, overall sales, product quality, delivery efficiency and customer service and, in order to win, the company has to score highly in all of these categories.
Robert Welch Designs was also awarded the ‘Quality Focus Award’ as part of the same award programme in 2012.

The award was presented by Beth Thompson, Senior Vice President of Williams-Sonoma, at a ceremony held in Lisbon.
