Stelton scoops three Red Dot accolades

The Danish company was awarded the Red Dot Best of the Best award for the Shopnic shopping/picnic basket, and Red Dot design awards for the Potter teapot and To Go thermal mug.

For storage the Shopnic folds down to just 7cm in height, but can easily be sprung open again for use. It carries up to 10kg in weight, and the inner and outer covers can be machine washed.

The Potter teapot is designed to produce optimal tea flavour. It is cylindrical in shape and gives the tea space to expand, while the handle creates a good balance and makes the pot easy to pour from.

The third winner, the To Go thermal mug, can be used for drinking in the car or on a boat without the risk of spillages. The user can drink from anywhere around the lip of the mug in the normal way, as if it had no lid.

Around 1,400 companies from 49 countries vied for a Red Dot award with a total of 3,231 entries. Only 30 of the entries won.
