The Inspired Home Show is set to leave Chicago after almost nine decades, with the International Housewares Association (IHA) announcing a new eight-year partnership with ANDMORE that will see the event co-located with Winter Atlanta Market from 2028.
The show will hold its final edition in Chicago in March 2027 before making its Atlanta debut at AmericasMart from 11–16 January 2028.
The move represents a significant change for the 88-year-old housewares event. Rather than operating solely as a temporary annual trade show, The Inspired Home Show will combine permanent showrooms with temporary exhibition space for the first time.

The Inspired Home Show will be presented alongside Winter Atlanta Market, AmericasMart’s premier gift and home show, giving buyers access to The Inspired Home Show’s exhibitors and the existing 6,000+ complementary gift and home brands in a single trip. The partnership follows the model ANDMORE established in 2023 when ICFA moved its 60+-year-old Casual Market to AmericasMart, a partnership that has grown steadily every year since.

The timing is central to the partnership’s value. Winter Atlanta Market provides buyers with their first major sourcing trip of the calendar year and is where retailers set assortment and sourcing direction for the months ahead. With The Inspired Home Show’s national retailer base now part of the expanded Market, buyers can build housewares and tabletop sourcing into their plans for the entire year from day one, rather than treating it as a separate trip on their calendar.
The final Chicago edition of The Inspired Home Show will take place in March 2027, before the first combined The Inspired Home Show and Winter Atlanta Market runs from 11–16 January 2028.
