The International Housewares Association (IHA) has elected three new members to its Board of Directors, while JURA President Tom McMahon has been appointed Chairman.
The appointments were confirmed at the Association’s fall Board meeting on 16 September and will take effect at the start of IHA’s 2026-27 fiscal year on 1 October.
Joining the Board for three-year terms are Will Augenbraun, Chief Strategy Officer at Scrub Daddy; Eric Endres, President of Select Brands; and Linda Levine, President of The Godinger Group.
Alongside the new Board members, three existing directors have been appointed to officer positions for one-year terms.
Mr McMahon, President of JURA Inc., will take over as Chairman, while Gibson Homewares CEO Sal Gabbay has been named Vice Chairman and Chairman-Elect. Bill McHenry, Founder and CEO of Widgeteer, has been appointed Treasurer.
Mr McMahon has served as President of JURA since 2020, having first joined the Swiss coffee machine manufacturer as Midwest Director of Sales in 2011. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2013.
His career in the housewares industry spans more than 30 years and has also included positions at De’Longhi America, Syratech Corporation and Lifetime Brands.
New Board member Mr Augenbraun has spent 13 years at Scrub Daddy and currently oversees the company’s business growth and long-term strategy, with a particular focus on international expansion, mergers and acquisitions and social media marketing.
Mr Endres, meanwhile, has been with kitchen appliance company Select Brands since its founding in 1998. The company’s portfolio includes Toastmaster, TRU and Babycakes, as well as licensed product ranges developed through partnerships with Disney and Warner Bros.
Ms Levine brings more than 30 years of experience in the home and housewares industry to the Board. As President of The Godinger Group, she is responsible for sales, product development and day-to-day operations.
Her previous roles include leadership positions at Mikasa and Lifetime Brands, as well as experience on the retail side as a tabletop and housewares buyer at Macy’s. She is also Vice-President and creator of the Tabletop Association, which manages and promotes the New York Tabletop Show.
IHA’s 2026-27 Executive Committee was also confirmed at the meeting. In addition to Mr McMahon, Mr Gabbay and Mr McHenry, it will include Lodge Cast Iron President and CEO Mike Otterman, John Boos & Company Consumer Group President Mark Adkison, Hestan Culinary President and CEO Pamela Stafford and TRINITY International Industries CEO Cze-Chao Tam.
Mr Otterman will serve as IHA’s Immediate Past Chairman.
The IHA Board provides strategic leadership and governance for the Association, including oversight of key initiatives such as The Inspired Home Show.
