Two housewares suppliers join BHETA

EnviroProducts, the company behind the chemical-free cleaning cloth brand e-cloth, has joined BHETA (British Home Enhancement Trade Association).

E-cloth fibres have been designed specifically to provide high performance cleaning without needing chemicals. Using only water, e-cloths claim to remove dirt, grease and over 99% of bacteria from hard surfaces, and come with a three-year guarantee.

With ranges designed for household use, car, bike and boat, screens and lenses and pets, there is even a sister product Ebody for personal hygiene use. Approved for use by many of the leading household brands for use on their appliances, the e-cloth range is available online via an ecommerce site and at major retailers.

BHETA’s home enhancement sector director, Will Jones commented, “The e-cloth range is a revolution in cleaning – effective and environmentally exciting – so we are delighted that EnviroProducts has joined BHETA.”

Paul Rundle of EnviroProducts added: “BHETA has some great retail engagement opportunities to offer and as we build the brand in the UK, the networking potential of the forum and Meet The Buyer events will be invaluable.”

Electrical parts distributor Homespare.com has joined BHETA too. The company was established in 2000 and provides trade customers with appliance spares, accessories and consumables for both commercial and domestic use. It supplies domestic and commercial engineers but also independent electrical shops, DIY stores, ironmongers, department stores, garden centres, supermarkets, and DIY, electrical and home furnishing multiples.

The company see its BHETA membership as an opportunity to increase distribution opportunities for the Severin brand of coffee machines and kitchen appliances, and will be exhibiting Severin at Exclusively Electrical 2015.

Will Jones commented: “This is a first for BHETA. Homespare.com is a great business, supplying all channels of the market, and can only add to BHETA’s all-round ability to bring the home enhancement sector together for mutual benefit.”
