In a test of Best Buy low energy kettles, the Kenwood JKP210 comes out top with a score of 82%. “This Kenwood is super energy-efficient, as it has a minimum fill of just 250ml – about a mugful – meaning you shouldn’t ever have to boil more than you need,” Which? says. “It’s also quick, taking two and a half minutes to boil a litre of water. There are two clearly marked water windows, making it easy to see how full it is from either side, and it’s easy to pour.”

Number two is Prestige Eco 56309 which scored 80% and is parised as “exceptionally quick… the fastest kettle we’ve tested in the last five years”). followed by Philips Energy Efficient HD4644 (78%), Breville VKJ693 (76%) and Prestige 54004 (75%).
