Home fragrance brand Yankee Candle International has announced two appointments to its Executive Leadership Team.
Led by president John Fontanta, the new appointments are international finance director Cathy Mayor, and director of international distributors Larissa Meixner-Adam.
Cathy Mayor leads the finance team, with main responsibilities incorporating financial reporting, transactional accounting, supply chain and financial planning and analysis.
Larissa Meixner-Adam will drive the distributor network and ensure ‘operational excellence with the Yankee Candle distributor team is carried out globally’.
“Yankee Candle is pleased with the depth of knowledge and experience that Cathy and Larissa will bring to our management team,” John Fontana said.
“As we continue to grow across markets including Asia, Middle East, Europe and the UK, these new appointments reflect the expectations we have for a continued rise not only in our level of service but also in our brand awareness.”
