BHETA has expanded its in house marketing team with the appointment of Gifty Reji as Marketing Assistant. In her role, Ms Reji will support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across BHETA’s channels and initiatives, working closely with Marketing Executive Natalia Ciecierska and contributing to campaigns including the Exclusively Show event promotion.
Ms Reji studied Business Management with Marketing at Edge Hill University before progressing into social media roles, where she worked with a diverse range of clients including entrepreneurs and business coaches across multiple industries. She has gained valuable experience in both in-house marketing teams and agency environments, giving her a strong foundation in delivering effective campaigns, managing multi-channel activity, and supporting brand and communications strategies in fast-paced settings.
She is particularly passionate about videography and photography, which complements her creative role at BHETA. Ms Reji’s hobbies include travelling and reading, both of which continue to inspire her creative work. She also supports a non-profit organisation that brings communities together, providing a welcoming space for like-minded people to connect, and build relationships rooted in shared faith and values.
Commenting on the appointment, BHETA’s General Manager, Steve Richardson said: “It’s brilliant to welcome Gifty to the team. She’s got a great energy about her, a strong creative side, as well as solid marketing experience. I am convinced she’ll bring real value to BHETA, especially in how we engage with and communicate to our members.
