Appliance specialist Caple is the headline sponsor at this year’s Eat Drink Bristol Fashion (EDBF) festival and has designed a special kitchen for the event showcasing its collection of products.

Caple’s brand ambassador, Michelin-starred celebrity chef Josh Eggleton, is one of a selected group of the UK’s best cook who are attending this year’s two-week festival of food, drink and music, from April 29. He will host a flagship night with a six-course tasting menu featuring classic, seasonal dishes from his local restaurant The Pony & Trap.
Josh will be cooking on the World Food Stage using a variety of Caple Sense stainless steel appliances including a hob, induction wok, oven, steam oven and microwave, wine cabinet, fridge-freezer, sink and tap,
In its fourth year, EDBF is set in a tipi village, located in Bristol’s Queen’s Square. Attractions include a fine dining restaurant for 100 people, a tapas bar for 300 and live music every day. Each night, the guest restaurant will host a line-up of the south-west’s chefs, including Josh, who will also be creating a British tapas menu in the tapas tipis.

Josh has appeared on BBC2’s ‘Great British Menu’ where the nation’s top chefs compete for the chance to cook a banquet for a high-profile figure.
