Kitchen appliance supplier Caple has just released its first hardback cookbook.

‘The Chef Recipes Collection’ is a 126-page, hardback cookbook filled with a selection of seasonal dishes devised by Michelin star chef and brand ambassador Josh Eggleton, who recently appeared on ‘The British Menu’ and is head chef at Bristol restaurant, The Pony and Trap.
Sales director Danny Lay said: “Our close partnership with Josh Eggleton has enabled us to produce this must-have cookery book, which gives you everything you need to create balanced, nutritious meals for every season.”
