Chomette Dornberger has been appointed exclusive distributor of Peugeot barware.
The new range of products was developed by Peugeot following the acquisition of the French barware manufacturer Espirit du Vin.
Towards the end of 2008, Chomette Dornberger will also take on sole distribution of Peugeot mills – after over 20 years of Gilberts Food Equipment representing the Peugeot brand in the UK.
Gilberts will continue to distribute Peugeot mills until August 31 and to ongoing customers until November 10. Chomette Dornberger will market the mills range from September 1 to prospective customers and take over the entire distribution from November 10.
Gilberts says the range will be in good hands. “Of course, we wish Chomette Dornberger good luck for the future,” commented managing director Richard Gilbert. He added: “We have some exciting product launches planned and look forward to showcasing them at forthcoming trade fairs.”
