Tom Roberts has been promoted to Operations Director and has also joined Dexam’s Board of Directors.
Having been promoted to Operations Manager in 2021, Mr Roberts took over the warehouse function, along with the majority of the HR.
He said: “I’m delighted to have been invited to join the Board as Operations Director. It’s been a goal of mine for some time and I’m excited to be given the opportunity to make the step up.
“I began as the Customer Service Manager and had to get grips with the Housewares industry very quickly, as my background is in financial services.
“Last year, I expanded my responsibilities further by taking on the purchasing role, which has given me an even greater understanding of the product journey from the factories to our warehouse in Midhurst, and then on to the customer’s shelves.”
He added that he is really looking forward to this next chapter.
