First Peek at Pulse

London trade show Pulse returns to the capital from May 11-13.

First Peek at Pulse

Pulse, which will be held at Earls Court, aims to provide a one-stop shop for new products across home, gift, fashion and accessories.

This year, more than 500 brands will be joining the show, including design-led names such as Rex International, Repeat Repeat and Shoeless Joe. Visitors will also meet over 100 quirky, contemporary and trend-setting designers in Launchpad: an exclusive platform dedicated to identifying, developing and promoting commercially ready talent from across the globe.

“New, new, new: that is the mantra at Pulse this year” explained Neil Gaisford, portfolio director of show organiser Clarion Retail. “We have selected a unique offer of compelling new products to make your business stand out. There is so much to refresh and update your store, and with 65% of the suppliers at Pulse showing for the first time in London in 2014, you are sure to spot something different.”

He added: “As the high street continues to evolve, there has never been a greater desire amongst retailers to change the way they do things. In response to this, we have launched a comprehensive and new ‘insight and trends’ seminar programme providing free and inspired lessons for retailers looking to enhance their business.”

He said Pulse is working in conjunction with some of the industry’s key influencers to inform and assist retailers across a range of hot topics, including fashion & home trends, e-commerce, social media, merchandising, reviving the high street, PR & marketing, craft, Fairtrade and much more.

There is also a new show creative; “First Peeks” is the theme of Pulse 2014. Having previously worked with many brands such as Guerlain, Design Council and Nespresso, London-based agency Curious, has brought this concept to life with a new creative for the Pulse campaign.

The show’s new website is now live and pre-registration is now open, entitling all visitors to free entry. Registration is available at www.pulse-london.com.
