Frasers Group has appointed Sir Jon Thompson, former Chief Executive of the Financial Reporting Council, as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Thompson has also previously been Chair of HS2, Chief Executive of HMRC, and permanent secretary of the Ministry of Defence. At the Financial Reporting Council, he led a transformation following multiple independent audits.
