Zwilling JA Henckels products have come out as favourites with both a leading consumer magazine and a cookery school.

Of 12 Japanese-style knives tested in the November issue of BBC Good Food magazine the Twin Cuisine 180mm hollow edge santoku was voted the favourite. And in the same feature, the Henckels 23cm ceramic sharpening steel was the choice of sharpener.
Meanwhile, the Gloucestershire-based Daylesford Organic cookery school has kitted out all its work stations and teaching areas with Henckels Professional S professional kitchen knives, Miyabi Japanese knives and Demeyere and Staub cookware. The products will be used by teachers and students.
