Presented by actor, singer, presenter and comedian Brian Conley, ‘Buy It Now’ is a series airing from Monday to Friday at 5.30pm for the next six weeks.
In each 30-minute show, inventors of products – including housewares – are given the chance to pitch their new wares to an audience of potential shoppers and a panel of major retailers. Each inventor has only 90 seconds to get their interest – and retain it when the product’s price is revealed.
Channel 4 commissioning editor Tim Hancock said, “’Buy It Now’ takes the business pitch show and spikes it with glossy entertainment values.”
