Nutrition and fitness expert Joe Wicks still takes the top three spots in The Mail On Sunday’s UK weekly bestsellers list of non-fiction paperbacks.
His debut book, ‘Lean In 15’, is at number two. This title features100 recipes and guides readers through Joe’s signature HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) home workouts.
Its follow up, ‘Lean In 15 – The Shape Plan’, is at number three. In this tome, Joe shares 100 recipes and four new workouts to take readers’ fitness to the next level.
But in first place is his latest book: ‘Lean In 15: The Sustain Plan’. With 100 meals and four workouts, Joe reveals how to sustain results while still seeing progress week on week.
In seventh position is ‘The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Guide’ by Instagram sensation Kayla Itsines. It features Kayla’s advice for a nutritious and sustainable diet and includes more than 200 recipes.
The number eight spot is taken by ‘Tom’s Daily Plan’. Written by Olympian Tom Daley, it includes over 80 recipes and daily workouts, plus motivational and lifestyle tips.
‘Clean Eating Alice’ by Instagram star Alice Liveing holds ninth place. In this book, Alice shares her tips for creating lunches, breakfasts and dinners that fit readers’ daily routines. Also included is a sample week meal planner.
Only one cookbook appears in the list of best-selling non-fiction hardbacks. At number six is ’Rick Stein’s Long Weekends’ by chef, restaurateur and television presenter Rick Stein. Launched to accompany his BBC Two series of the same name, the book features a collection of over 100 recipes from 10 European cities.
