Kenwood cooks up new collaboration

As part of its 60-year celebrations Kenwood has joined forces with a new cookery school run by Raymond Blanc’s protégée, Stephen Bulmer.

Kenwood cooks up new collaboration

Brook Hall in Winslow, Buckinghamshire opened in May and offers a range of cookery courses for budding chefs of all levels.

Mr Bulmer approached Kenwood to supply food preparation equipment for the new school when he decided to go out on his own after six years as chef/director of the Raymond Blanc cookery school at Le Manoir in Oxfordshire. As part of the collaboration, Kenwood will also sponsor the cake and baking course.

“When we decided to undertake this project, we immediately approached Kenwood to be a sponsor,” said Mr Bulmer. “I’ve used Kenwood equipment since the early part of my career which makes the collaboration extremely fitting and I know the products, which will be heavily used on a daily basis at the school, are not only versatile but long lasting which is extremely important.

“We were thrilled that Kenwood agreed to come on board with this exciting project and hope that our relationship will be a fruitful one for many years to come.”
