Lakeland has introduced a club for customers that offers benefits when they shop with the housewares chain.

The retailer said: ‘It’s been a long time coming, but we are unbelievably excited to be able to announce the arrival of myLakeland: our shiny new members-only club for wonderful customers.

‘We’re passionate about our products and always go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. As with everything we do, we put our heart and soul into our club to ensure being part of it is something really special.’

Customers that sign up with enjoy benefits including regular savings (starting with a 10% off voucher in their Welcome Pack as a thank you for joining), discounts, exclusives, and offers tailored to them.

Lakeland supports both local and national charities. Nationally, it supports Shelter and The Trussell Trust. Recently, it gave £10,000 in direct funding to The Lakes School, which is close to its Windermere flagship store and head office, for a brand new Home Economics unit – and donated £1,000 worth of kitchenware for the students to use.
