Dutch company Rosti Mepal, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of plastic and melamine consumer products, has chosen Mistral Brands as its UK partner.
Rosti Mepal was formed in 1993 following the merger of the Dutch firm Mepal and the Danish brand Rosti.
Commenting on this latest addition to its portfolio, Mistral director John Bott told HousewaresLive.net: “Rosti Mepal has had no UK-based partner since 2006 but has dealt directly with a number of key accounts.
“Discussions with some of our customers indicated that there is still a demand for the brand, driven largely by its European location and continued investment in product development.
“This will be a great addition to our offering, which perfectly complements our other brands,” he added.
He said that although many people associate Rosti Mepal with design classic the Margrethe bowl, the current range has much more to offer.
Rosti Mepal products will be presented on Mistral Brands’ stand at next month’s Spring Fair.
