‘Roast Recipe Collection’ leads The Mail on Sunday’s bestsellers list of non-fiction hardback books.
Five other cookbooks appear in the top 10, sourced from Nielsen Bookscan TCM (which collates real time sales from over 6,500 retailers representing over 90% of the UK book market).
‘Save with Jamie’ by Jamie Oliver is in third place, with ‘Hairy Bikers’ Asian Adventure’ by Dave Myers and Si King at number four.
‘River Cottage: Curing & Smoking’ by Steven Lamb holds the seventh position, followed by ‘One Pot Collection’ in eighth place and ‘Eat’ by Nigel Slate at number nine.
