Whitby & Co has joined BHETA. The company is well known for its multitools, suitable for professional, DIY, and leisure use, but it also offers a number of housewares ranges including the Opinel brand of kitchen knives.
Originally created in 1890 in the Savoie region of France by Joseph Opinel as a ‘working man’s’ knife, Whitby & Co’s Opinel range combines simplicity and robustness. It offers a wide range of kitchen functionalities as well as striking looks and bas of style.
Whitby & Co also supplies products for leisure and camping, field sports, gift, and agricultural via independent retail, stores, multiple retail chains and online retailers. Located in Kendal, Cumbria, the company was founded in 1961.
