Metalrax Housewares under new ownership

Metalrax Housewares Ltd, trading as Samuel Groves, RTA and George Wilkinson, formerly part of the Metalrax Group Plc., has been sold to Cable Capital Partners Limited and has been refinanced.

Metalrax marketing manager Bernadette Hennelly said: “With over 180 years’ experience in housewares, the company will continue to offer all our customers the same high level of customer service that was previously enjoyed.”
