The June/July issue of Housewares is now available to read HERE.
As I am writing this, the industry is winding down following the return of Exclusively.
This year’s edition started strong with exhibition spaces sold out earlier than ever before, and the show continued to go from strength to strength. Whether you were listening to the Scarlet Opus talks on the latest trends, in the Launchpad with start-up exhibitors, networking in the Brand Showcase area or on the main floor with key exhibitors, the show was a success. In this issue we have covered everything you missed from the action-packed two days in our Exclusively review.
Moving forward, after months of excitement and anticipation, the wait is finally over as in this issue we have revealed the winners of the Housewares Awards 2023. Featuring the very best retailers and suppliers in the sector, you will find out who has received the ultimate accolade, as well as our shortlist of finalists and highly esteemed panel of judges.
Elsewhere in this issue, we put the focus on retailers with articles on Selbrae House’s first-ever retail store, Harts of Stur’s plans for 2023 and Dobbies Garden Centre’s new little dobbies store. You’ll then find our key feature articles for this issue including the likes of market-leading names Barbary & Oak, Strix, DH Lifelabs, FinaMill, Tramontina and more.
Last but not least, I am delighted to announce the newest addition to the Housewares team, Morgan Borthwick-Hunter. Joining as Housewares’ media account executive, Morgan will be your point of call for any advertising enquiries.
We hope you enjoy the issue!
